4 killed in residential hotel fire in capital’s Shahjadpur

Online Desk : Four people were burnt to death in a devastating fire that broke out at a residential hotel in the capital’s Shahjadpur area. According to Fire Service control room duty officer Rahsed Bin Khaled, getting an information that a fire broke out on the second floor of ‘Saudia Residential Hotel’ at Bhatara area approximately 12:17PM, four units, in response, rushed to the scene and managed to douse the blaze around 1:04PM.
Later, the firemen recovered four bodies from the sixth floor. One was found inside a toilet, while another two on a stair. The staircase door found locked, said Fire Service and Civil Defence Headquarters Station officer Talha Bin Jasim.
