Arrest warrant against two Viqarunnisa Noon teachers

Online Desk: A Dhaka court on Thursday issued an arrest warrant against two teachers of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College in a case filed for instigation a student of the institution to commit suicide.
Dhaka Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court-12 Judge Abdullah Al Mamun siied the warrant. The two accused teachers are– Naznin Ferdous and Jinat Akhter.
The court passed the arrest order as the teachers did not appear in court on two scheduled days.
Aritri, a student of the same institution, committed suicide by hanging herself with a ceiling fan of her Shantinagar residence on December 3, 2018.
Later, the deceased’s father Dilip Adhikari filed a case with Paltan Police Station next day against two teachers on charge of insgating his daughter to commit suicide.
