While speaking at a meeting of the 15th Advisory Committee, he said, “One person often commits a crime using another person’s SIM card. As a result, the real culprit remains out of reach. The Home Adviser shared the information while speaking at a meeting of the 15th Advisory Committee on Law and Order, held at the Secretariat. “We are working to ensure that no one can register more than seven SIM cards under a single national identity (NID) card before the national polls,” he added.
