Online Desk  :  On Wednesday, 19 November 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed at RAOWA—the central hub for retired officers of the Bangladesh Armed Forces—between RAOWA and China’s renowned Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou, facilitated by the well-known Bangladeshi healthcare service provider SEOK Healthcare. Under this agreement, all RAOWA members will now be able to receive advanced cancer treatment at one of China’s top specialized cancer hospitals, enjoying additional benefits at reduced costs.

Representing Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou at the signing ceremony were Mr. Bennett Ho, Vice General Manager, and Mr. Leo, Director of the International Network Department, along with several other officials. On behalf of RAOWA, the event was attended by its Chairman, Colonel Mohammad Abdul Haque, and General Secretary, Lieutenant Colonel Md. Irshad Sayed, along with many other retired officers of the Bangladesh Armed Forces. The overall coordination of the MoU signing ceremony was conducted by Mr. M. M. Masumuzzaman, Founder and Director of SEOK Healthcare. Also present were SEOK Healthcare’s Head of Marketing, Ms. Farhana Hasna, and others.

She stated that SEOK Healthcare provides complete and free information and support to Bangladeshi patients seeking advanced medical treatment abroad. It is noteworthy that SEOK Healthcare’s main office and information service center are located on the main road of Bashundhara Residential Area in Dhaka. The organization also serves as the official service office of Modern Cancer Hospital Guangzhou in Bangladesh.
