NCP to accept ‘Shapla Koli’ as election symbol : Patwary

Online Desk  :  The National Citizen Party (NCP) has said that it will accept the ‘Shapla Koli’ (Water Lily bud) as its election symbol if allocated by the Election Commission. Speaking to reporters after a meeting with the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) at the Election Commission office, NCP chief coordinator Nasir Uddin Patwary came up with the observation on Sunday. He said, “We have applied for ‘Shapla’, ‘White Shapla’, and ‘Shapla Koli’.
